In accordance with the Cable Communications Policy Act of 1984 and 47 U.S.C. § 546(a), the Select Board of the Town of Arlington as the Cable Television Issuing Authority pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 166 , hereby adopts the Ascertainment Report prepared by the Board's Cable Advisory Committee dated September 9, 2026, and requests that that the Town Manager transmit same to each of the respective companies providing cable services to the Town in preparation for the commencement of cable renewal negotiations.
