“At the recommendation of Chief Belain the Board created a Police Interview Committee, comprised of Howard Goldstein, Fin/Com Chairman, Ken DiPietro, Personnel Committee, Woody Vanderhoop and Paul Jeffers (alternate), After discussion that included Tom Murphy questioning whether voting for it might be an ethics violation to which the Town Administrator assured him his vote would not constitute a violation, Tom made a motion to crate the Committee comprised as aforesaid, Julie seconded it. Vote was 2 in favor, 0 opposed, 1 abstention (Chris Manning) as he employed as a police officer..” (Motion: Murphy, second: Vanderhoop)
