“Gary Haley made a motion to approve the Annual Town Meeting warrant as presented including the override ballot question that reads: “Shall the Town of Aquinnah be allowed to assess an additional Three Hundred Thirty Thousand Dollars ($300,000.00) in real estate and personal property taxes for the purposes of funding the Up-Island and Regional High School Districts department budgets for the Fiscal year beginning July 1, 2024?” Tom Murphy seconded the motion. The Board voted unanimously in favor of the motion without discussion..” (Motion: Haley, second: Murphy)
